Graph Design Platform
For system thinkers
Model your domain knowledge visually — then make it AI-ready. Structured enough for accuracy, flexible enough for reality. Export directly into GraphRAG pipelines, knowledge graphs and ontologies.
Who uses NODUSmap
Professionals whose job is to understand, explain and design complex realities — and increasingly, to make that knowledge machine-readable. People who sit at the intersection of strategy, architecture, transformation and AI — and whose work requires turning domain understanding into decisions, systems and change.
The world is complex. Your domain knowledge shouldn't be locked in slides.
The uniqueness of your business is the complexity of your domain knowledge. That knowledge deserves a tool built to leverage it — and make it AI-ready.
How it works
The canvas
NODUSmap is not a diagramming tool. It's a graph modeling environment — and a knowledge structuring layer for AI. Nodes are real objects with properties, metadata, categories and weighted importance. Edges are typed semantic relationships — 14 types covering composition, dependency, classification, behaviour and more. The result is a domain model an LLM can actually reason about.
Nest nodes to reflect hierarchy. Connect them to express relationships. The canvas is infinite, the structure is yours.
3D Inspection
Switch to 3D inspection at any time. Node weight becomes sphere size. Nesting becomes containment. Relationships become lines in space. Your model stops being a flat diagram and becomes a spatial structure you can orbit, explore and understand from every angle.
Export as GLB for 3D viewers and digital twin platforms. Export as GraphML or OWL/RDF to feed knowledge graph pipelines, RAG systems and ontology-based AI. All from the same model.
The problem
Every discipline holds a different picture of the same reality. Nobody has the connected view. Errors get found late — when they cost the most to fix.
Critical context lives in slides, email threads and people's heads. When a project ends or a person leaves, it's gone. It never needed to be.
Miro, Visio, Excel, ArchiMate — each one a silo. NODUSmap exports to GraphML, OWL/RDF and GLB: formats that connect to real systems downstream.
Dual-layer mode
Load a second graph as a reference layer and view both simultaneously. Map fields between layers — where matching nodes are found, alignment lines appear automatically. This is the only graph tool that does this.
Use it to align a design layer against a master ontology. Compare as-is against to-be. Validate a domain model against a real data structure. The use cases are everywhere once you have the capability.
3D · Dual-layer
Render both graph layers in 3D at the same time. Field mapping lines carry across into the 3D view, connecting matched nodes across layers spatially. A capability that exists nowhere else.
Use the 3D dual-layer view to present a complex system alignment to stakeholders who don't live in graph tools — the spatial rendering communicates structure faster than any diagram.
Where system thinkers use NODUSmap
Model your domain before you build your AI system. Export to GraphML or OWL/RDF and feed directly into GraphRAG pipelines, LLM context or knowledge graph databases. Your AI becomes domain-aware — not just pattern-aware.
WORKFLOW
Model in NODUSmap → Export JSON/OWL → Inject into LLM context or RAG pipeline → Domain-aware AI
Map business capabilities, systems, data flows and dependencies in a single connected model. Use dual-layer comparison to align as-is against to-be. Make your architecture visible, navigable and exportable — not buried in slide decks.
WORKFLOW
Map capabilities → Layer as-is vs to-be → Identify gaps → Export to GraphML for downstream tooling
Complex programmes need a shared model before implementation begins. Map stakeholders, systems, deliverables and dependencies so every discipline works from the same connected picture — not five separate documents that diverge immediately.
WORKFLOW
Model the programme → Share as read-only → Align disciplines → Track change over time with dual-layer
Make your domain model AI-ready in one step
Export your NODUSmap graph as JSON and inject it directly into your LLM system prompt. Your AI assistant gains structured, typed, weighted domain knowledge — not just text. It understands what things are, how they relate, and which matter most. No ETL pipeline required.
